Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Lichtenberg Wood Burning, hereafter “LWB”. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from LWB (the “Physical Goods”).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, LWB will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper use of material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Delivery of the product is included in the purchase price. This Warranty does not cover transportation to return a product for warranty or refund.
What will we do to correct problems?
LWB will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased is 60 days from the date of delivery. The Warranty is only to
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
The warranty does not cover any defect that is due to misuse during the handling, transportation, or storage processes. File a damage claim with the delivery service.
Damage caused by heat. Transformer overheating due to extended high current loads.
Damage due to impact or dropping.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Your cooperation is required due to the Worldwide sales and delivery aspect of the purchase. LWB may require photos, videos, or other means to inspect and diagnose your problem.
The product may need to be returned to the manufacturing site so that the cause of the defect can be determined.
