This burner is identical to our Premium Plus model except that it has DOUBLE the power. It includes all of the same accessories including the "HandHeld Probe". It is intended for use by Professionals that require deep burns. Bar tops and river tables are popular but difficult to make with regular burners. Two ordinary MOTs (Microwave Oven Transformers)  would be required to have the same power output of 1000 milliamps. It has 2000 volts and twice the burning power. The high voltage doesn't improve the performance, the amperage is what makes stronger/deeper burns. This burner has a VVR (Variable Voltage Regulator) as a standard feature.
